The hotel is okay but they need little maintenance. I would like to visit this hotel some other time. I really enjoyed the mattress in my room, it was very comfortable to lie on. Those responsible for cleaning were doing it and those responsible for room service were doing it without any complain. No disturbance everywhere was quite and the staff carried out their job effectively. The television and air condition was working perfectly. My room was very spacious and could even accommodate another guest. My stay at MarcoPolo Hotel was awesome, I really enjoyed the services rendered by the hotel staff and the great facilities in the hotel. So the hotel management should please look for a way around this because it meant that they were not security conscious. I was constantly disturbed by strangers who kept knocking at my door because they were looking for one person or the other.
My stay at the hotel was good although it could have been better. This was meant to be a gift to my spouse and I was greatly disappointed. The next room given did not have the access card working. The toilet seat was broken, the door frame to the toilet was a mess. Although we complained, no one came to attend to us. We had to demand for our room to be changed after we noticed that the air conditioner kept tripping off.
